Our Business
ASM Management is operated by our CEO Paul Davies, a forward-thinking and diversely experienced professional who has developed a strong portfolio of operational, business, and commercial achievements throughout a varied career in the sports industry – most recently implementing measures to successfully transform the accessibility and standard of football throughout different areas of the UK.
Skilled communicator at an operational and board level, Paul is keen to apply a strong passion, knowledge and understanding of the game developed from senior executive, first team management, coaching and scouting roles at grassroots and professional level, to tangibly impact a club’s performance not only on the pitch but also off it, too.
He brings a wealth of experience in business start-ups as well as football development and club management to the fore, with the capacity to cultivate sustainable, commercial models and redefine operational processes in the pursuit of supporting the long-term sustainability and success of sporting institutions.
Consultancy
At ASM Management we have the skills, knowledge and expertise to compete in the football and sports industries, we do this by combining our day-to-day practice of working within the sports industry, subsidiary businesses, pr and marketing sector, accountancy, general management and business organisation.
We also have extensive knowledge in football governance with our work with the Scottish Junior Football Association (Non-league football in Scotland) and regulatory issues relevant to the football industry.
We have a strong position and experience in the Scottish Football industry where our CEO sits as Assistant Secretary to the SJFA and consults within the men’s and woman’s game.

ASM Management believes strongly in philanthropy and works in communities where we operate and impact their growth, we continue to support communities with our “funding for all programme” which is a flexible service we offer to community organisations that are looking for funding.
We are currently working with clubs on peer mentoring programmes, volunteering and levelling up communities with our work with Erasmus and Turing programmes taking groups abroad to improve life opportunities and chances.
